Technical Design & Sales Position

We are looking for an individual ready to jump in and help our fast-growing business, who is focused on customer service and eager to learn. 

Wilderness Trace Solar is looking for a Technical Design and Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for communicating with a variety of customers, presenting and explaining the benefits of solar energy, designing solar power systems, providing estimates and maintaining customer relations. 

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer requests, design systems, and provide estimates.

Maintain customer relationships, provide thorough documentation and coordinate communication with customers and the installation team throughout the sales process and beyond.

Requirements:

Interest in renewable energy and outside sales experience.

High School or GED required, some College a plus.

Proficient in Excel, Word and Mac IOS.

Excellent customer service skills (a customer-service focus is essential).

A positive, friendly personality and professional demeanor.

A willingness to learn new things.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Willingness to travel locally and regionally.

Must pass drug screening and background check.

Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Preferred:

Knowledge of electricity a plus, but not required.
